Tom Ford are seeking an inspirational and energetic Counter Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter to lead, coach and develop their team of Specialists to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. You will be accountable for everyone on the team ensuring Specialists understand their roles and expectations
Have the ability to analyse business in advance to be aware of “challenging” business areas, monitoring business results to recognise areas of opportunity and growth to build and impact on overall business. You will have full responsibility for store budgets, highlighting any variances to budget to appropriate personnel. You will manage stock to ensure all lines are stocked at correct levels and report and resolve any shortages
As a Counter Manager you will set goals and objectives, monitor performance and follow up. Communicate effectively with in-store management, Account Coordinator and the team. Run informative and motivational team meetings to reinforce all educational information received from the company with the team
