About The Role

Epinion are seeking a Field Supervisor where your role would be a key part of the Field Services Team. It is a lead position which makes it suitable for someone who is highly organised, has staff management skills and can work in a confidential office environment. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that help keep the Field Force and office running smoothly.

You will be based at D'Albiac House, Monday - Friday, occasional weekends as required

Key Responsibilities for the role are:

Supervising and coaching numerous Interviewers and co-ordinating work schedules
Briefing Interviewers on new projects and co-ordinating work schedules and compliance procedures
Observing and evaluating the interviewers performance and provide feedback to UK Field Manager
Identifying issues and resolving problems

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills written and verbal. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

Essential:

Ability to learn Epinion inhouse office systems
PC literate - MS Office, Excel, Internet, Email etc.
Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks
Flexible attitude a must
Knowledge of Heathrow Airport useful, but not essential
