You will….
- Be 18 years old or over and legally eligible to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK for 3 years or more.
- Have not attained a customer service qualification at level 2 or above.
- Have a genuine passion for aviation and are excited to build your career in the industry.
- Genuinely enjoy caring for people and making a positive impact on their travel experience.
- Be committed to providing outstanding customer service with a positive can-do attitude.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to absorb knowledge and learn as you go!
What you will get:
- Apprentice contract for 24 months, with the potential for a permanent role upon successful completion of your qualification.

Individuals who have not yet achieved level 1 English and maths are required to achieve level 1 English and maths and take the test for level 2 prior to taking the End Point Assessment.
