Operational Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning and Administration

• Collaborate with operational departments to create and manage workforce plans and rosters
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in systems like Time and Attendance and HR platforms
• Provide timely reports, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making

Operational Support

• Assist colleagues with online uniform orders, resolving any issues in the process
• Manage procurement of office supplies and operational items
• Support operational training and build effective relationships with third-party suppliers

Data Management

• Regularly extract, analyse, and refresh data from company systems, including Power BI dashboards
• Troubleshoot common system issues and ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to data input and quality checks to maintain consistency and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Previous experience in administration (minimum 12 months)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with workforce planning tools and Time and Attendance systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
