Wilson James are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Manager with a focus on Employee Relations to join their Aviation sector team at Heathrow Airport. In this role you will deliver high-quality, consistent HR advice and support to both employees and managers, focusing on employee relations as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll provide proactive, professional, and data-driven HR guidance to operational managers and employee community of approximately 2,000 people. Leading the Employee Relations function and managing a small team across several sites, you’ll play a key role in helping Wilson James achieve its ambitious objectives in the fast-paced aviation and transport sector. Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operational directors, senior management, HR colleagues, line managers, and employees, will be essential to your success in this impactful role.
