Sales Associate

Magical, memorable moments of delight. That’s what you’ll create for their customers as a Sales Associate in the Harrods store at Heathrow. You’ll add your retail experience to their airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world.

As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities include:

• Providing world class customer service experience.
• Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.
• Building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals.
• Being an ambassador for the Harrods Brand.

With a retail background Harrods expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you.  They are a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges.  It is a fast-paced environment, and you’ll need:

• Previous experience within retail or customer service.
• The communications skills to make a quick, long-lasting impact in a highly skilled team.
• A genuine interest and passion for Harrods
• Self-motivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
• Be able to obtain an Airside Pass.
