Sales Associate

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week on an 8 month fixed term contract.

Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join the dynamic Terminal 4 pop-up store. Responsible for delivering world-class service, the new team member will be passionate about Fortnum & Mason products and skilled at bringing them to life for each and every customer.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Sales Associate will provide outstanding service on the shop floor, ensure stock levels are maintained, present products impeccably, and achieve departmental KPIs through a blend of individual excellence and teamwork.

Fortnum & Mason's Sales Associate will have the opportunity to captivate customers with product knowledge, so a confident, engaging, and friendly personality is essential.

As this role is airside, flexibility with shifts and working patterns is crucial, including early morning starts from 5am.
